Clean, spacious room with excellent breakfast selection.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was spacious and included a mini fridge and microwave, which was super handy. The buffet breakfast was fresh every morning with lots of options, including fruit cups and smoothies. The gym was well-equipped, and the staff was very helpful when we needed assistance.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons

The spacious King Studio was incredible with modern amenities. Breakfast selections were impressive with fresh and tasty items, making mornings delightful. Staff like Fahad truly excelled in customer service.

Unfortunately, the shower water pressure left much to be desired.

the front desk staff were shockingly clueless about the skreeched in ceremony. I woudl have thought they would have all the info at their fingertips. Also, can someone please fix the shuttle service? It was non-responsive, which woudl ve been a simple task. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t get past these issues.

After a long travel day, the spacious King Room was just what we needed. The bathroom was modern and had an excellent shower, which felt amazing after a tedious journey. Overall, this place was comfortable and provided everything required for a pleasant stay.

The TV menu system is frustratingly clunky and often freezes!!! A clearer pathway for accessible options would greatly improve the experience!!! A minor upgrade to the shower head seems overdue too!!!

The breakfast area was functional and comfortable, with plenty of space to social distance, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal.

The shuttle service to the airport was not running, causing some inconvenience. I had to rely on a taxi to get there.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in St John's. The gym had great equipment and didn’t feel crowded. I loved the tasty breakfast with fresh fruits and scrambled eggs. Room 309 was spacious, clean, and quiet, perfect for a restful night. The location made it easy to reach Bay Bulls and St John's area quickly. Staff were quick to help with any questions. Fahad really stood out for being attentive and ensuring all our needs were met. On the downside, I faced an issue with the airport shuttle. I ended up taking a cab because nobody answered the provided phone number. It would have been handy if the pool was open, but overall, this hotel made for a solid base for my travels.
